Counter-Notification

If you believe that material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification. Your counter-notification should include your contact details, identification of the removed material, a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the material was removed in error, and your consent to the appropriate legal jurisdiction.

After receiving a valid counter-notification, Deluxe Streams may restore the removed material unless the original complaining party files legal action within the required period.

Repeat Infringers

Deluxe Streams may restrict, suspend, or terminate access for users or partners who repeatedly violate copyright laws or submit infringing content. We reserve the right to act in good faith to protect copyright owners, our platform, and our customers.
